Hi, I’m tara seabrook.
Through words that awaken and rituals that remember, I help soul-led individuals reclaim their voice, clear energetic blocks, and embody their power. My work at Creative Wellness with Tara blends mysticism, metaphysics, and creative expression—offering a multidimensional path to wellness and alignment.
I am a Certified Resilience Coach through the HeartMath Institute—grounding my intuitive guidance in evidence-based practices that support emotional regulation and heart-centered living. I have two Master’s degrees in Divinity and Theological Studies from Wesley Theological Seminary, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Howard University.
Additionally, I am the founder of Visioneirs—a holistic financial wellness firm that helps individuals and organizations bridge the spiritual and the practical.
