Each day reveals one small ritual—a breath, a listening, a remembering—that restores the signal between heart and mind. Move through the week at your own pace.

  • Coherence Reset Ritual · Day 1 — Return to Signal

    Theme: Awareness Begins with Breath

    🪶 What You’ll Need: Just a quiet moment and your hand on your heart.

    The Practice

    1️⃣ Pause whatever you’re doing and close your eyes.

    2️⃣ Place your hand over your heart and feel its rhythm.

    3️⃣ Breathe in slowly through your nose for 5 counts; breathe out through your mouth for 5 counts.

    4️⃣ On each exhale, quietly say:

    > “The signal returns when I listen.”

    5️⃣ Repeat for 3 cycles (about one minute).

    6️⃣ Notice one word that describes how you feel now — that’s your signal word for today.

    Why It Matters

    This one-minute ritual syncs your heart’s rhythm with your breath — the first step toward coherence.

    Science calls it entrainment. Spirit calls it remembrance.

    The Practice

    1️⃣ Find a moment of stillness.

    2️⃣ Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 2, breathe out for 6.

    3️⃣ On each exhale, imagine clearing static from an invisible frequency dial.

    4️⃣ Whisper: “I am available to truth.”

    5️⃣ Listen —not for sound, but for sensation in the heart.
