The Innernet – Edition 9
Embracing Coherence at the Threshold
Hello, love—
As we arrive at this moment in the calendar, I send you seasonal greetings from Creative Wellness with Tara. During this time of year, many traditions are holding something sacred.
For many, it is Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
For others, Hanukkah continues to glow.
And for some, Kwanzaa approaches—carrying us into the new year.
Across cultures and lineages, there is a shared honoring of light, renewal, reflection, remembrance, and togetherness.
Wherever you find yourself—and whatever you are (or aren’t) celebrating—may you feel seen, supported, and honored.
Last week, we spoke about coherence—the inner structure that helps us move with clarity rather than force, alignment rather than urgency. This week is not about adding anything new. It’s about letting what has already been integrated settle into the body, the breath, and the nervous system.
This is a momentary pause.
A sacred threshold.
A quiet holding.
If the season feels joyful for you, may it be spacious and warm.
If it feels tender, complicated, or heavy, may you give yourself permission to move slowly.
If you’re somewhere in between, may you allow that truth to arise.
May you know that in the midst of demands, expectations, and seasonal cheer—
You are enough.
Your feelings are valid.
You have permission to slow down.
Next week, we’ll close out the year with our final Innernet of 2025—less about doing, more about orientation. It will focus on setting the tone for how you want to enter 2026, not as a goal to chase, but as a way of being to illuminate.
Until then:
Rest where you can.
Honor what matters.
Let the light—however you understand it—meet you where you are.
With love,
Tara
