The Innernet – Edition 10

Illuminating the Path Forward

🌙 Opening Frequency

Happy New Year’s Eve!

As we prepare to enter 2026, we arrive in that collective pause between years — a quiet threshold, not a rush — a bridge toward greater illumination of the path forward.

This is often the moment we look back.
We remember the highs, review the lows, and take stock of what worked and what didn’t. As we reflect on the moments and experiences held in time and space, we can feel — often more than we can explain — what truly resonated and what did not.

The tender moments when we felt seen, heard, and known.
The awkward moments when words escaped us.
The in-between moments — those liminal spaces — when clarity didn’t arrive on cue, and the next step wasn’t immediately revealed.

And yet, it’s often those very moments that open us.
They bring us closer to our inner truth.
To the quiet guiding light within.
To an illuminated path forward that reveals itself one step at a time.

Whatever 2025 was for you — and whatever it was for me — I offer thanks.
I’m grateful for the experiences that not only exposed my challenges but also revealed my courage, my conviction, and a growing confidence in who I am and who I am called to be.

So as we stand here together, crossing into a new year, this moment isn’t really about fireworks or champagne or even the ball dropping.
It’s about coming home to yourself.
It’s about remembering your light.
It’s about illuminating the path forward — gently, honestly, and in your own unique way.

🎭 Creative Wellness Corner

Creative wellness, for me, has emerged from a long season of peeling back layers of conditioning — around work, relationships, holidays, rest, and responsibility.

Like many of us, I was conditioned to believe that wellness meant endurance.
Working in ways that drained me.
Showing up at personal cost.
Spending time, energy, money, and emotional bandwidth to maintain rhythms that kept others comfortable, even when they quietly eroded my own well-being.

As I began to look honestly at those patterns — how I worked, how I earned, how I gave, how I showed up — I had to ask a deeper question:

Was this actually serving my wellness?

Each person answers that differently.
For me, the answer required a new rhythm.

For decades, the holidays followed a familiar script. I traveled. I carried the weight of time, energy, and expense. And over time, I realized that what had once felt meaningful no longer felt nourishing. So I got creative. I listened. I chose differently. I began spending the holidays near the ocean — and the rhythm shifted. The body began to ground. The static began to fade.

The same inquiry extended into my work.
We’re conditioned to believe wellness fits inside an eight-hour structure — a job, or a version of self-employment that often carries even more risk with less support. That rhythm never fully aligned for me. The work I’m called to is relational, intuitive, empathic, and intimate — whether with one person or many. It requires presence, not force.

Creative Wellness is the practice of consciously redesigning how you live inside the systems you move through.

It asks:
How are you spending your time?
Your awareness?
Your money?
Your energy?

And do those choices reflect the truth of who you are?

For me, Creative Wellness has meant establishing rhythms that support coherence — in how I work, how I rest, how I eat, how I relate, how I connect with nature, and how I choose the people, places, and spaces that support, not diminish my wholeness.

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about alignment.

It’s about living in a way
that honors your light,
allows it to shine,
and restores your natural balance.

💓 Coherence Corner

As we transition into a new year, many of us feel the call to pause and recalibrate.
Not to set a resolution.
Not to chase a new goal.
But to return to depth — to something more embodied and true.

At the heart of Creative Wellness is this depth.
A well we can draw from.
A source of nourishment that helps illuminate the path forward.

That well is coherence.

Coherence is the alignment between heart and mind — the inner harmony that quietly shapes how we think, how we feel, how we decide, how we relate, and ultimately, how we live. When coherence is present, life feels more integrated. When it’s absent, even well-intended effort can feel scattered or strained.

At this threshold of 2026, the invitation isn’t simply to achieve more.
For many, it’s about recalibrating an entire way of being.
About creating a life that aligns with your truth — not just your to-do list.

As we cross into the new year, I’m opening a few slots for Coherence Pathway Audits for those who are feeling this call to recalibrate. These sessions are for people who want clarity, alignment, and an honest reset point — a chance to redefine their rhythm and reconnect with what truly supports their wholeness.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about orienting yourself — gently, honestly, and with intention — as you step forward.

🧭 Where’s Tara?

Right now, coherence looks less like a plan — and more like presence.

Last week didn’t unfold the way I expected. Just days before Christmas, Chester — a red English Lab and my four-legged companion during my time near the beach — came down with kennel cough. What I thought would be a smooth, spacious start to the week shifted quickly into a vet visit and pharmacy run, followed by monitoring symptoms, administering medications, adjusting schedules, and staying close.

It wasn’t what I had planned.
And yet it required my attention.

What surprised me wasn’t the disruption — it was how naturally the practice met me. Slowing down. Staying attentive. Letting the day reconfigure itself around what actually needed care. Choosing steadiness over urgency. Presence over force.

Coherence, I’m learning again and again, isn’t about having everything go smoothly.
It’s about staying in relationship — with your body, your responsibilities, your care, and the moment that’s actually here.

So today, Where’s Tara?
Right here.
Adjusting. Attending. Holding rhythm even when the notes change.

And trusting that this, too, is part of the path being illuminated.

🌿 Closing Frequency

Thank you for being here — for reading, for reflecting, for staying in this shared space of inquiry and care.

This work, this rhythm, this way of moving through the world isn’t about quick fixes or seasonal reinvention. It’s about tending something over time. Listening more closely. Making choices that honor wholeness, not just momentum.

As we cross into a new year, my hope is simple:
that you continue walking with curiosity,
that you trust the pace your life is asking for,
and that you allow yourself to draw from the depths of your inner reserves.

We’ll keep moving forward together — one grounded moment, one honest recalibration, one illuminated step at a time.

With gratitude,
Tara
