The Innernet – Edition 11

Living From the Well

🌙 Opening Frequency

There are moments of transition when effort increases, but ease disappears.
When rest doesn’t restore, and clarity feels just out of reach.

That’s often not a discipline issue.
It’s an invitation to reorient.

This week, we’re returning to the source—
remembering how to live from the well.

🎭 Creative Wellness Corner

Creativity doesn’t respond to force.
It responds to spaciousness.

When you’re living from the well, expression flows naturally—
not because you pushed harder, but because you listened sooner.

This week’s invitation: notice where you’ve been efforting—and where ease is quietly waiting.

Maybe you don’t need to push harder.
Maybe it’s time to listen deeply.

💓 Coherence Corner

Coherence isn’t urgency.
It’s harmony.

It’s the moment when your inner alignment becomes clear enough to trust again—when decisions feel lighter because they’re rooted in honesty and sufficiency, not depletion.

Sometimes, we have to let go of the urge to fix everything—
And make a conscious choice to begin where resonance already exists.

This week found me moving gently between planning and transition — tending to logistics while staying rooted in presence. It’s a lived reminder that coherence isn’t about having everything settled or perfect. It’s about returning to center, wherever you may find yourself.

As I’ve been in a season of unlearning the habit of overextending myself, this week offered real opportunities to practice protecting my reserves and replenishing my resources—so I can live and give from sufficiency, not depletion.

It’s been a return to a core truth about coherence:
Making space for inner alignment primes the pump of my well and generates an outward expression that arises from sufficiency, not strain.

🌿 Closing Frequency

You don’t have to wait for urgency or burnout to begin again.
You can start now — with honesty and a willingness to listen.

May this week invite you back to your own well.
May what you need rise naturally to meet you.

With love,
Tara
